Paul McClure - President
Paul McClure has twenty years experience as a nurse. He has been a devoted volunteer of Grateful Day for the past several years and has been a vocal positive part of keeping our many wheels in motion. Paul has been an activite participant and organizer in our many fundraisers and helped shape the success of our annual retreats. Paul is a community consultant regarding the efficacy of PrEp, on state health panels and in college PrEp publishings.
Paul Dorman - Treasurer
Paul Dorman serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer. Paul has served the LGBT community of Oklahoma in various roles over the last several years.

Tracie Martin
Tracie Martin has worked in the HIV community for over 10 years, benning at Oklahoma State University's Internal Medicine clinic as a receptionist and working her way up to Quality Data Coordinator and then Prevention Educator. She is currently a Quality Care Coordinator for the Ryan White Clinic in the department of Internal Medicine for OSU. She brings a vast knowledge of client needs to the board of the Grateful Day Foundation.
Justin Flowers -
Gone but not Forgotten
Justin Flowers was an Oklahoma HIV AIDS Awareness Educator. He was a public speaker on the topic of HIV/AIDS since 2002 until his passing in 2021. He was heavily involved in the Oklahoma LGBT community and was one of the founders of the Grateful Day Foundation.





Shana Cozad
Vice President
Shana Cozad is a full-blooded Native American enrolled with The Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma. She is also of Otoe, Pawnee and Wichita decent. Shana has been a noted, recognized Public Speaker and HIV/AIDS Prevention Educator since 1994. She recently won the Richard Shackleford Memorial Award for outstanding service and care within the HIV Community in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Patrick French - Advisor to the Board of Directors
Patrick is an Atlanta-based LGBT activist originally from Tulsa. He specializes in non-profit digital media and organizational branding. Patrick brings his talents to the Grateful Day board to help maximize Grateful Day's digital footprint. Patrick manages workforce logistics for a nationwide telecom company.


Chuck Courtney -
Gone but Not Forgotten
Grateful Day co-founder Chuck brought several years of business management to the Grateful Day Foundation. Prior to his disability, he worked for Laxon Industries in Tulsa as a project manager and operations manager. Chuck was also the Secretary for the Tulsa Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and a founding member of the Tulsa Sisters. Chuck took his rest in November of 2019. Grateful Day couldn't be where it is today without the tireless work of Chuck Courtney.
